Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If the SMM panel services you purchased are not delivered as promised due to an error on our part.
  • Payment Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or face duplicate charges.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents the use of the service, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

    • Date of purchase

  2. Investigation: Our support team will investigate your claim within 5-7 business days.
  3. Resolution: Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund if approved.
  1. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 7-10 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Digital Wallets/UPI Payments: Refunds will be transferred to the same wallet/UPI ID within 5-7 business days.

Please note that refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at support@myrentalpanel.com immediately.

  • Before Service Commencement: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made before the service has started.
  • After Service Commencement: Cancellations made after the service has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
